Tyler Hathway, Principal Owner

Tyler Hathway joined Lubricon in 2003 and has been the principal owner since 2005. Tyler’s extensive background covers all facets of business, from purchasing, warehousing and materials management, to accounting, to production scheduling and sales. In his time with the company, Tyler has helped oversee more than 100% growth in revenues.

Erin Hathway, Lead Lab and Chemistry Expert

Erin Hathway supplies practical lab and chemistry experience to the team. A graduate of Trent University with a B.Sc., her work history includes product quality analysis, research and development and chemicals testing in the coatings industry. Through continuous learning and working closely with our customers and suppliers, Erin has proven to be a valuable asset providing sales and technical expertise for our customers.

This combination of experience allows Lubricon to understand customer needs and to supply the best product for each application in a timely manner.
